Department of State Office of the Historian: Foreign Relations of the United States (FRUS)
Available online for free, FRUS presents the documentary record of major U.S. foreign policy decisions and diplomatic activity, as transcribed from archival holdings across the U.S. (including the JFK Library).

Goodreads lists the secondary sources most commonly used by JFK Library archives staff when researching various Kennedy-era topics.
Miller Center at the University of Virginia: Presidential Recordings
This site posts Presidential Recordings from the holdings of the Presidential Libraries (including the JFK Library) and makes them available for download. Transcripts are available for some recordings.
Public Papers of the Presidents Online
The American Presidency Project at the University of California, Santa Barbara makes available for searching and browsing the Public Papers of the Presidents, which contain most of the Presidents' public messages, statements, speeches, and news conference remarks.
